Pletcher Insurance, Inc began in 1981 when Dave Pletcher bought the James L Hartman CLU & Associates Agency in Elkhart, Indiana. Dave began his Insurance career in 1970 when he secured his Property Casualty Agent’s license. Prior to buying the Agency, Dave worked for two other Insurance Agency’s.
